Our gym is complete with a ton of mat space as well as boxing and kickboxing equipment such as heavy bags, a speed bag, various pads, gloves and protective equipment for sparring and pad work.

We have also recently acquired full kettlebell and dumbbell sets  as well as a bench press and squat rack area for strength and cardiovascular training.
